Domestic Delivery

 Enjoy complimentary standard shipping with Australia Post on all domestic orders.

 All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. From the moment the order leaves our studio, the following delivery time frames apply:

  • Metro areas: 3 - 5 business days. Please note orders delivered across Australia may experience delays due to COVID-19
  • Regional areas: 5 - 7 business days
  • Metro Areas include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra.

Currently, orders to Perth, Hobart and rural areas are experiencing delays due to COVID-19.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Our customer service team members will contact you via email if your shipment is delayed.

*Shala Jewellery is not shipping to U.S. APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Shala Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages
Shala Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  • the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
  • the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists. 
  • the loss or damage occurred after delivery.
  • the item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
  • the loss or damage is caused by events beyond our control.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please note that all precious metal pieces (gold, white gold and rose gold) are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. 

If you are interested to see the collection before purchasing, we are happy to work with you over email with photographs or video clips to help assist with your purchase.

Any items with manufacture faults or defects can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service team via customer@shalajewellery.com to arrange complimentary shipping for exchanged items.

Items must be returned or exchanged in their original packaging accompanied by original sales receipt. We are unable to return or exchange items which are incomplete, altered, damaged, spoiled, soiled, used or worn.

 

Items that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable:

  • According to the VIC Customer Affair, no refund is applicable upon change of mind.
  • AFTERPAY purchases
  • Sale items
  • Engraved items
  • Made to order or personalised items

Shala Jewellery offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Please email info@shalajewellery.com for instructions on creating a return and printing a shipping label. Then lodge your item at a Post Office. Free return shipping is offered for orders shipped in Australia only.

 

Please note that your return/exchange request will be processed within 21 business days of receipt. 

 

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request is payment has been received. Credit card refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
